Sergio Estigarribia Seeks to Remain at the Helm of Villa Elisa With the Road Network as His Campaign Focus

Sergio Estigarribia, the PLRA candidate in Villa Elisa, is seeking reelection with a campaign centered on improving streets and avenues.
