Entre Ríos Health reviewed mental health care at hospitals in Concepción del Uruguay and Gualeguaychú

The Entre Ríos Ministry of Health held operational meetings with the teams at the Justo José de Urquiza Hospital, in Concepción del Uruguay, and the Centenario Hospital, in Gualeguaychú, to review the functioning of mental health services, according to a report by Hora Digital.
According to that outlet, during the sessions the main challenges facing both centers were analyzed, with special attention to optimizing human and material resources and to coordination with primary care centers.
The director general of Mental Health, Esteban Dávila, said one of the central issues was the increase in demand for mental health care. He also said work was carried out on the care of patients covered by OSER, the availability of beds for the specialty and the referral mechanisms for cases requiring hospitalization in other facilities.
