Chamorro Put Childhood Among the Priorities of His Proposal for Ciudad del Este

Rigoberto “Rigo” Chamorro, candidate for mayor of Ciudad del Este for the Asociación Nacional Republicana, said that childhood will occupy a central place in his government plan if he wins the municipal elections on October 4.
