Defense Minister Carlos Presti said that Donald Trump’s recent remarks on the Falkland Islands should be read as support for a peaceful resolution of the dispute between Argentina and the United Kingdom, according to La Nacif3n.
According to that outlet, Presti said he did not interpret the U.S. president’s words as taking sides against either party, but rather as an expression aimed at favoring a solution without conflict.
