MITIC added two free virtual courses on technology law and artificial intelligence
The new training programs are now permanently available on the Cursos PY portal. They are aimed at legal professionals and offer a digital certificate upon completion.
The Ministry of Information and Communication Technologies of Paraguay added two new free virtual training programs to the Cursos PY platform, according to Agencia IP. The offering focuses on technology law and the use of artificial intelligence in tasks related to legal regulations.
According to that outlet, one of the courses is Technology Lawyers and Technology Law Applied to the Paraguayan State, with a 40-hour workload and an asynchronous format. The program is divided into four modules and includes content on the foundations of technology law, digital transformation in Paraguay, the State’s legal and technological ecosystem, electronic identity, digital case files, ICT procurement and artificial intelligence.
The training is aimed at professionals seeking to develop in the legal field in environments shaped by technology and state modernization. Upon completion, participants will be able to access a downloadable digital certificate, Agencia IP reported.
The second offering is Use of Artificial Intelligence Tools for Drafting Legal Regulations, with a duration of 30 hours. According to the official information reproduced by Agencia IP, the course covers the foundations of AI applied to legal work, criteria for choosing tools, practical application in drafting regulations and comparative analysis of legal texts.
This training is aimed at lawyers involved in drafting, reviewing and analyzing regulations, especially within the public sector, and who seek to add artificial intelligence tools in a responsible manner. Both courses are part of the portal’s offering, supported by funding from the Digital Agenda Support Program.
