Justice upheld an order for the Atyrá Municipality to hand over accountability documents

Justice ordered the Atyrá Municipality to hand over copies of documents related to the 2025 fiscal year accountability report, following a constitutional injunction filed by attorney Víctor Samaniego, a candidate for councilor for the PLRA, according to ABC Color.

He also stressed that the documentation and procedures went through oversight bodies such as the Comptroller General of the Republic, audits by the Executive Branch, Public Procurement and the Municipal Board.
