The decision was made by magistrate Flávio Dino, who declassified the material linked to an alleged scheme to divert federal budget funds for the production of Dark Horse, a feature film about the life of the former Brazilian president that still has no release date.
According to that outlet, the investigation also includes contracts from the São Paulo City Hall and the possible relationship of those under investigation with organized crime.
