ANDE Extends Regularization Campaign for Users Until August 31

The Administración Nacional de Electricidad (ANDE) decided to extend the Ñande Ahorro campaign until August 31, aimed at reducing delinquency and facilitating user regularization, according to Agencia IP.
According to that outlet, the decision was made following the results of the first stage, carried out between June 10 and July 31, 2026. During that period, and particularly in the last three weeks, ANDE recorded a 200% increase in the number of financing arrangements compared with the usual level.
Still according to Agencia IP, by the end of that phase 97,000 financing arrangements had been formalized, on debts totaling more than USD 116 million. In addition, 10,245 customers carried out commercial regularization procedures, such as changes of ownership, updates to installed load and changes from single-phase to three-phase service.
The campaign also reached some 258,000 users who paid their debts in full and received a full exemption from late-payment surcharges.
Among the benefits in force, ANDE maintains the option to defer payment of the connection fee for those requesting the installation of a meter, an amount that will be included in the next bill. For low-voltage customers with debts, the scheme allows obligations to be financed in up to 60 installments, without interest or late-payment surcharges, and to begin paying with the next issued bill.
In the case of users supplied at medium voltage, the company offers financing of up to 10 installments, with an initial payment of 20% of the outstanding balance and elimination of late-payment interest.
According to Agencia IP, the program also provides exemptions from certain costs for those who need to update the ownership of the supply or expand the electrical capacity of their facilities, provided they are up to date. Added to that is the option to postpone the collection of the connection fee for new customers or for those who regularize irregular connections.
