Félix Bolaños appealed the dismissal of his complaints against Juan Carlos Peinado before the CGPJ

The Minister of Justice, Félix Bolaños, filed an appeal against the decision by the General Council of the Judiciary to dismiss the complaints he had filed against Judge Juan Carlos Peinado, who is handling the case involving Begoña Gómez, according to elDiario.es.
