The STF postponed the session on Alexandre de Moraes after a request for review

According to Folha de S.Paulo, Toffoli explained that he had previously stepped aside from cases linked to Banco Master to preserve the court, and Nunes Marques said he was prioritizing safeguarding the balance of the 2026 electoral process because of his role at the head of the Superior Electoral Court.
The session will have to continue on a new date. Folha de S.Paulo indicated that the matter was postponed to September 23.
