Opposition lawmaker questions Isaías Fretes’ move from IPS to the Health Ministry

Liberal lawmaker Diosnel Aguilera launched harsh criticism against Isaías Fretes following his appointment at the head of the Ministry of Public Health and Social Welfare, after his stint at the Social Security Institute.
