Former Nueva Alborada mayor Óscar Martínez reported over alleged irregularities in the use of funds

The mayor of Nueva Alborada, Juan Alberto Haugg, filed a criminal complaint against former municipal chief Óscar Martínez for alleged breach of trust, fraud and criminal association, according to ABC Color.
According to that outlet, the filing was submitted by attorney Arnaldo Gaona before Criminal Unit No. 8 of the Prosecutor’s Office in Encarnación, headed by Luis Albertini.
