Benítez asks Congress to demand the permanent revocation of Hernán Rivas’s license

Deputy Raúl Benítez submitted a draft resolution for the Chamber of Deputies to ask the Supreme Court of Justice to permanently cancel the professional license of Hernán David Rivas Román, former legislator and former member of the Jury for the Prosecution of Magistrates, convicted for using a false law degree, according to ABC Color.
