Rigo Chamorro Prepares a Caravan and a Free Festival in Ciudad del Este

According to La Nacif3n Paraguay, Rigo Chamorro, candidate for mayor of Ciudad del Este on List 1 of the Colorado Party, will hold a campaign event this Sunday, September 27, combining a caravan with a free music festival, one week before the municipal elections on October 4.
