Rodrigo Gamarra Put the Focus of Honor Colorado on the Municipal Elections of October 4

Deputy Rodrigo Gamarra said that the main concern of the Colorado Party and the Honor Colorado movement is the municipal elections scheduled for October 4.
According to La Nación Paraguay, the lawmaker said those elections will serve as a prelude to what may be projected toward the national elections of 2028.
In remarks to the program Arriba hoy on GEN and Universo 970 AM/Nación Media, Gamarra said that most of the leadership and political actors in the movement are focused on the campaign, with support for candidates in the country’s different districts.
He also said that about 90% of the space is focused on that objective, although he left room for those who are not as involved in the electoral process.
On internal tensions, he said that differences over the definition of candidacies are part of a usual scenario within the ruling party and stressed that, as long as there is dialogue between the sectors, it cannot be said that there is a rupture.
