Paraguay Received a Notice from Atome and the Attorney General's Office Clarified That No Arbitration Has Been Initiated

The British company Atome PLC notified the Republic of Paraguay of a Notice of Dispute and Intention to Submit a Claim to Arbitration under the Bilateral Investment Treaty between the United Kingdom and Paraguay, according to La Nación Paraguay.
Following that communication, the Attorney General’s Office issued a statement saying that, so far, there is no lawsuit or arbitration initiated against the Paraguayan state by the company.
