Orsi Will Speak Before the UN and Held Bilateral and Regional Meetings in New York

Uruguay’s president, Yamandú Orsi, will speak this Thursday before the UN General Assembly, where he will be the 13th speaker on the third day of the general debate of the 81st session, according to Caras y Caretas Uruguay.
