Latorre avoided commenting on a possible apology from Cartismo over the Hernán Rivas case

The president of the Chamber of Deputies of Paraguay, Raúl Latorre, avoided commenting on a possible apology request from Honor Colorado over the case of former senator Hernán Rivas and said the determination on his situation must be left to the courts, according to Última Hora.
According to that outlet, Latorre said the judicial process must determine whether Rivas is a lawyer or not. The former lawmaker is facing a public oral trial and a ruling could be issued this Thursday.
