The governor of Central, Ricardo Estigarribia, confirmed that he will compete as a PLRA pre-candidate with the intention of leading a presidential ticket in an opposition alliance or coalition for the 2028 elections, according to ABC Color.
In an interview with the program Mesa con EVP, the Liberal leader argued that the opposition’s first step is to rebuild internal trust, a task that, in his view, was postponed for years.
