The Government enacted the law endorsing the trade agreement between Mercosur and Singapore

The national Government enacted Law 27,819, which approves the Free Trade Agreement between Mercosur and the Republic of Singapore, signed on December 7, 2023, in Rio de Janeiro, according to Clarín.
The measure was formalized through Decree 1010/2026 published this Tuesday in the Official Gazette. According to that outlet, the treaty became law on August 26, after its approval in Congress.
The agreement includes 19 chapters on trade in goods and services, investments, public procurement, intellectual property and electronic commerce, among other points.
