The Ministry of Human Capital formalized the resignation of Santiago María Guillermo Adolfo Muzio as director of the Fundación Argentina at the Cité Internationale Universitaire de Paris, effective September 7, 2026, and ordered the appointment of lawyer Alfredo Mario Soto to replace him from September 8 for a three-year term.
