Disability service fees updated by 1.7% starting in September

The national government ordered a 1.7% update in the fees of the Basic Comprehensive Care Services System for Persons with Disabilities, corresponding to September 2026.
According to Radio Mitre and El Cronista, the measure was established by Resolution 3487/2026 of the National Disability Secretariat and takes the August CPI variation as its reference. El Cronista added that the agency reports to the Ministry of Health and that the regulation was published in the Official Gazette this Friday.
The resolution covers services such as day centers, therapeutic educational centers, homes, residences, rehabilitation, job training and transportation. It also maintains the additional 20% for unfavorable-area services provided in Patagonian provinces.
According to both outlets, the monthly update scheme will continue to be tied to the variation in the CPI for the immediately preceding month. El Cronista noted that this mechanism falls under Law 27.793 and that the extra payment for Patagonia is provided for in Article 7° bis of Law 24.901.

In category A, the double-shift Day Center is set at $1,120,292.68 and the single-shift one at $595,990.93, while in Therapeutic Educational Centers the double shift rises to $1,258,436.01 and the single shift to $687,261.23.
Still according to Radio Mitre, in category B the double-shift Day Center is set at $940,993.17 and the single-shift one at $501,483.70, while the double-shift CET reaches $1,056,551.78. In homes, category A of the permanent home is set at $2,107,238.43 and the home with Day Center at $3,276,799.92. Category-specific services are also updated, such as early stimulation, which rises to $422,231.69, and transportation, whose value per kilometer increases to $915.31.
